Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains in plain language what data SAENTRA collects, why, and how we protect it. We comply with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Platform scope

SAENTRA does not make decisions on behalf of users or their prospects. The platform surfaces engagement signals and activity insights to help teams understand prospect interactions. All outreach decisions remain under the full control of the customer.

1. Who We Are

SAENTRA ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by NEOO LTD, operates the SAENTRA platform, a B2B sales intelligence platform that helps teams prioritize lead engagement and follow-up opportunities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our web application and browser extension.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash, OAuth provider details (Google/LinkedIn).
  • Profile data: job role, company name, onboarding preferences.
  • Engagement events generated through the user's use of supported platforms, such as connection activity, messaging activity, profile interactions and engagement signals, captured via the browser extension on your behalf.
  • Lead data: profile URLs, names, companies, titles, and scores you import or track.
  • Usage data: page views, feature interactions, session duration (collected via Google Analytics 4).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, access logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the SAENTRA platform and its features.
  • To provide content suggestions, lead insights, engagement analysis, and prioritization recommendations.
  • To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts).
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the platform (database hosting, email delivery, AI inference); (b) analytics tools under data processing agreements; (c) legal authorities when required by law. All processors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5. Browser Extension Data

The SAENTRA browser extension monitors your own LinkedIn activity in order to detect engagement signals with your tracked prospects. Specifically, it observes: connection requests and acceptances, messages sent and received (intent keywords only; raw message text is never transmitted), profile visits, post likes and shares, comments, and prospect appearances in your LinkedIn feed, search results, and notifications. The extension also captures prospect profile picture URLs to display avatars in the dashboard. All data is processed locally in your browser first; only structured signal data is transmitted to SAENTRA servers over HTTPS. The extension does not perform any automated actions on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the extension.

6. Business Use

SAENTRA is intended for business users managing their own prospecting and relationship-building activities. SAENTRA does not provide financial, legal, investment, employment, or professional advisory services.

7. Third-Party Prospect Data

  • SAENTRA enables customers to observe engagement signals associated with LinkedIn profiles they are prospecting. In this context, the customer acts as the data controller for their prospects' data; SAENTRA acts solely as a data processor on the customer's behalf.
  • SAENTRA does not use prospect engagement data for any purpose beyond delivering the platform's features to the customer who configured the tracking.
  • SAENTRA does not make outreach or business decisions on behalf of customers or their prospects. The platform surfaces engagement activity; all resulting decisions and actions remain entirely under the control of the customer.
  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform (including the tracking of third-party LinkedIn profiles) complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA) and with LinkedIn's Terms of Service.
  • Prospects whose data is processed via a customer's account may exercise their data rights by contacting the customer directly, or by reaching out to SAENTRA at privacy@saentra.app if the customer cannot be identified.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Lead and signal data is retained for 24 months or until you delete it. Upon account deletion, we purge your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

  • Right of access: request a copy of your data.
  • Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Right of erasure: request deletion of your account and data.
  • Right of portability: export your data in machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: opt out of certain processing activities.
  • Right to restrict processing: pause processing while a complaint is resolved.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication session management, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand usage patterns. You may disable analytics cookies via your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

11. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, bcrypt password hashing, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

12. Contact & DPO

For privacy-related requests or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@saentra.app. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU and believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., CNIL in France).
